Ordering Information:

To place an order by phone, please call 310) 721-1107 from 9:00 to 6:00 PACIFIC TIME.  To place an order by e-mail, write to orders@crystalandrhinestoneheattransfers.com.  In your e-mail, please provide the following information:

1.    Item, Item # and Quantity    (for example Skull and Swords ND431 Quantity 2)

2.    Your Name

3.    Your e-mail address

4.    Your billing and/or shipping address

5.    Your daytime phone number

6.    Your method of payment

Once your order is received, we will contact you by either phone or e-mail within 24 hours.  
Remember, your order is a legal and binding contract.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

From US Customers, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.   DO NOT E-MAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.   Internet criminals can steal your credit card information from an un-secure e-mail.  When placing an order by phone, read your credit card number to me.  If you are placing an order by e-mail, I will  call you to get your credit card number.   I also accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and US cash.    From international customer, I accept US cash, USD money orders and PayPal.   You should be able to purchase a USD money order from your bank.  Sorry but I do not accept credit cards from international customers.   All checks and money orders should be made out to me, Alison Wayne.  I use a personal bank account for my business to avoid business bank account fees.  Mail your lovely payment to Crystal & Rhinestone Heat Transfers: 22485 Avenida Copete: Laguna Hills, CA 92653 USA.

Shipping:

Shipping on "regular" orders is $5.00.  If your heat transfer/s is extra large, shipping is $7.50.  If you are ordering in bulk, shipping will be quoted to you at time of order.

Insurance:

The US Post office will only insure packages sent within the United States.  Sadly, this means that there can be no insurance on international orders.  USPS insurance rates are as follows:

$.01 to $50                $1.75

$50.01 to $100        $2.25

$100.01 to $200        $2.75

$200.01 to $300        $4.70

$300.01 to $400        $5.70

$400.01 to $500        $6.70

Return Policy:

I will personally inspect each heat transfer.  If I see any damage/s, adjustment/s or shortage/s, I will deal with the manufacturer.  If your order passes my inspection, the transfers are not returnable.
